Andhaa Kaanoon is an action revenge drama. The movie revolves around two siblings - Vijay (Rajinikanth) and Inspector Durga (Hema Malini). Years ago, their father was murdered by three men, and now the siblings are ready to set scores right with the killers of their father. While Durga believes in doing things under the law, Vijay believes taking law in his own hands can help him make things right. The varying views of the siblings often make them stand against each other. However, it is to be found, will the two succeed in finally setting scores right with the wrong doers of their father?
