Balwaan is an action adventure drama. The movie revolves around an honest police officer, Inspector Arjun Singh (Suniel Shetty), who decides to take it in his hands to stop all the injustice and corruption. He gets posted in another city and learns that the previous Inspector was killed by some goons. His honest nature and fighting the unjust, puts him into conflict with one of the most notorious gangsters of the city, Bhai (Danny Denzongpa). Bhai makes it his mission to eliminate Arjun and frame him as the murderer. Will Arjun be able to fight back with Bhai and save the people of the city from his terror?
