Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai is a romantic drama. The movie follows the story of a simple village man named Suraj (Abhishek Bachchan), who comes to Mumbai to make it big. He meets a beautiful girl named Pooja (Rani Mukerji), and instantly falls in love with her. The duo soon expresses their feelings. Suraj is appointed by a shrewd media tycoon, Naved Ali (Jackie Shroff), who is also his idol, to work on his channel. This completely changes his life. Suraj soon becomes a successful and clever businessman, but Pooja senses something odd and tries to warn Suraj about Naved’s intentions, but Suraj doesn’t listen to her and all her efforts go in vain. Would Suraj ever be able to see the reality and understand what price he has paid for everything?
