Before You Die is a romantic drama revolving around Kavya (Kavya Kashyap), a young girl who hails from Rajasthan and comes along with her father to the town of Siliguri, a small city located on the foothills of Darjeeling in North Bengal. In Siliguri Kavya meets Kuldip (Puneet Raj Sharma), a boy who works at the tea estate of Siliguri with whom she falls in love. Kuldip and Kavya marry but soon the former realizes that the latter is suffering from cancer and may not live long. That is when Kuldip decides to give Kavya all the happiness that she deserves and make her feel like a queen. How does Kuldip handle the situation, does he fulfill all her demands?
