Mushtaq Khan was a versatile Hindi film and TV actor known for his memorable supporting roles and natural comic timing. He made his screen debut with Albert Pinto Ko Gussa Kyoon Aata Hai (1980) and went on to appear in popular films including Aashiqui, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Hera Pheri, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Jodi No. 1, Welcome, Wanted, Stree and Stree 2. His distinctive performances, particularly in Welcome and the Gadar franchise, made him a familiar and beloved face among Bollywood audiences. He passed away on 24 September 2026 after a relapse of lung cancer.
