Bhai Tera Star Hai follows the chaotic misadventures of Ajay Singh (Raghav Juyal), a struggling actor in London who finds himself in deep trouble after failing to repay a £10,000 debt to the feared gangster and pub owner Fatty (Sanjay Kapoor). Given just 90 minutes to arrange the money, Ajay spins a web of lies, telling his girlfriend Roshni (Niharika NM) that his sister Natasha (Parvathy Omanakuttan) urgently needs financial help due to a pregnancy, while convincing Natasha that Roshni is expecting and requires money instead.
