Bhemaa is an action crime drama. The movie follows the story of an honest cop named Inspector Bheem Singh (Shatrughan Sinha). Bheem Singh is frustrated with the legal system and his wife advocate Seema (Jaya Prada), who lets the criminals free due to lack of evidence against them. It is then Bheem Singh decides to revolt against the legal system and becomes a bandit. He forms the team of bandits and leads them to revolt for justice. However, he is being hunted by the police and bandits alike. Will he be able to protect himself and succeed in his mission?
