Seema Deo was an actress who worked in Marathi as well as Hindi film industries. She started her acting career in 1960 with the Hindi film Miya Bibi Razi and went on to feature in over 80 Hindi and Marathi films. Some of her notable roles were in films like Dus Lakh, Anand, Koshish, Kora Kagaz, Dream Girl, Yehi Hai Zindagi, Pyar Jhukta Nahin, Mard, Naseeb Apna Apna and Sansar. She was last seen in the Hindi film Marudhar Express in 2019. She was married to popular actor Ramesh Deo while her two sons - Ajinkya Deo is an actor and Abhinay Deo is a director. She breathed her last in Mumbai on 24 August 2023.
