Teesri Ankh is an action romantic drama. The movie follows the story of a woman named Malti (Nirupa Roy), who is married to Kailash Nath, and is happy in her married life, but their marriage is childless. One day Kailash Nath brings home a baby boy, and asks Malti to raise him like her own, to which Malti agrees and names the boy Ashok (Dharmendra). Soon after, Malti gives birth to two boys, Amar and Anand. Later, Kailash gets into trouble with a criminal, who attacks him and dying, Kailash reveals that Ashok is his son from another woman. When Malti returns, she discovers that Amar is missing, and growing up Anand falls in the company of wrong people, while all Ashok gets is the hatred of Malti. Thereafter, Anand gets arrested for his crimes, and all Malti is left with is Ashok, whom she continues to hate. Will Malti finally change her heart and accept Ashok, and make things right for her family?
