Bombairiya is set in the city of Mumbai which narrates the story of three people – a witness, a hitman, and a bunch of idiots that finally merges into one. All happens on an unfortunate day in December where Meghna (Radhika Apte), a PR agent, whose phone is snatched by a 'Biker'; Abhishek, who puts his private life on hold to help Meghna; and Pandya, a politician who is facing a trial in the High Court, hoping that his hitman will eliminate a mysterious witness. On the other hand, fading film star, Karan Kapoor (Ravi Kishan) and his wife, Irawati (Shilpa Shukla) a Deputy Home Minister, also get entangled in the messy proceedings. All the confusion and madness over mistaken identities finally lead to a hilarious climax.
