Censor is a satirical drama. The movie revolves around a Bollywood film producer, Vikramjeet ‘Vicky’ (Dev Anand), who is unhappy with the list of cuts prepared by the Indian Censor Board in his new movie Aane Wala Kal. He decides to meet the Minister of Information and Broadcasting to convince him to pass his film without any cuts, but he’s disappointed when the Minister asks for more cuts. How the producer overcomes all the hindrances to achieve his goal is what forms the rest of the plot.
