Born in 1963 to yesteryear Bollywood actors Arun Kumar Ahuja and Nirmala Devi, Govinda is an actor, singer, and producer who made his screen debut in 1985 in Tan Badan which was followed by hits like Ilzaam and Love 86 in the following year. After a spate of flops, he gave some big hits in the 90’s such as Shola Aur Shabnam, Aankhen, Raja Babu, Coolie No. 1, Hero No. 1, Saajan Chale Sasural, Haseena Maan Jayegi, etc. After a brief stint in politics in 2004, he returned to the silver screen with films like Partner, Life Partner, Kill Dil, and FryDay.
