Tohfa Mohabbat Ka is a romantic drama. The movie follows the story of a young boy named Vinay, the adopted son of Avtaar and Parvati. Vinay falls in love with Nisha, but she dies in an accident, and devastated with the loss, Vinay loses his sanity. Later, a nurse named Radha treats Vinay in an asylum, and grows too close to him. Thereafter, she marries Vinay and treats him back to normal. However, trouble ensues when Vinay’s enemies from the past come to create havoc in his seemingly perfect life. Will Vinay be able to fight them and make things right again?
