Born as John Prakash Rao Janumala, Johnny Lever is an Indian actor and comedian, who is known to be one of the first stand-up comedians in India. Recipient of several accolades, Johnny Lever started his acting career in Bollywood with the 1985 film Tum Par Hum Qurban. He is best known for his comic timing and unique style of acting. Some of his best works include, Hatya (1988), Tezaab (1988), Kishen Kanhaiya (1990), Baazigar (1993), Main Khiladi Tu Anari (1994), Karan Arjun (1995), Raja Hindustani (1996), Dulhe Raja (1998), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Koi Mil Gaya (2003), Golmaal 3 (2010), Total Dhamaal (2018), and many more. In 1984, he married Sujatha Lever, with whom he has two children - Jamie Lever and Jessy Lever.
