Enemmy: Law and Disorder is a romantic action thriller film. It revolves around five undercover cops – Eklavya (Suniel Shetty), Naeem (Kay Kay Menon), Madhav (Mahaakshay Chakraborty), Eric (Johnny Lever), and Yugandhar (Mithun Chakraborty). The five are assigned the task to protect the city from gang wars. They manage to capture the underworld don Mukhtar Memon (Zakir Hussain) and put him behind bars. However, this alone won’t solve the problem. What do the five men do to put an end to Mukhtar’s crimes form the remaining part of the story?
