Do Knot Disturb is a romantic comedy-drama movie that revolves around Raj (Govinda), a wealthy man who has a girlfriend, supermodel Dolly (Lara Dutta), and a wife, Kiran (Sushmita Sen). Kiran suspects that Raj has a girlfriend, and she hires a detective to keep an eye on Raj. Meanwhile, Raj learns about her wife’s suspicion and appoints a waiter, Goverdhan (Riteish Deshmukh), to pretend to be Dolly’s boyfriend. Goverdhan is scared as he is threatened by Diesel (Sohail Khan), Dolly’s ex-boyfriend. Dolly realizes that Diesel is her true love and goes to him, but Kiran finds out about Raj’s secret. Will she forgive him or leave Raj alone?
