Boss is an action-comedy thriller drama and a remake of the Malayalam film Pokkiri Raja. The movie revolves around Suryakant ‘Surya’ Shastri (Akshay Kumar) who was disowned by his father when he was 15-years-old after he killed a child. Surya was raised by a businessman Tauji a.k.a. Big Boss (Danny Denzongpa) who teaches him the tricks of the trade. Years later, Surya becomes Boss and fights for the rights of deprived sections. He also helps his brother Shiv to elope with his lover and protects him from corrupt police officers and goons. However, will he regain the trust of his father?
