Actor and comedian, Sanjay Mishra is known for his works in Hindi cinema and television. Alumnus of National School of Drama, the actor made his screen debut in Bollywood with the 1995 film Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India!. It was followed by his important roles in movies like Rajkumar (1996) and Satya (1998). Other important movies of his career include Saathiya (2002), Apna Sapna Money Money (2006), Golmaal (2006), Dhamaal (2007), Welcome (2007), Halla Bol (2008), Golmaal 3 (2009), Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? (2010), Joker (2012), Jolly LLB (2013), Total Dhamaal (2019) and many more. He was married to Roshni Achreja, from whom he separated and later married Kiran Mishra in 2009.
