Bachchhan Paandey is an action-comedy thriller set in the small town of Baghwa which lives under the fear and dominance of a local gangster named Bachchhan Paandey (Akshay Kumar). Myra Devekar (Kriti Sanon) who is an aspiring director who wants to do something big and make a name for herself plans to travel to shoot a gripping gangster biopic. After doing extensive research and getting to hear about Bachchhan Paandey’s tales of terror she decides to make a real-life gangster biopic on the most menacing, fearsome, and one-eyed 'Bachchhan Paandey' of Baghwa. To trace Bachchhan Paandey down and get to know his whereabouts Myra seeks the help of Vishu (Arshad Warsi) who helps her out to develop a film script and make her biopic a reality. After finally getting a chance to gain an insight into Bachchhan's life, she ends up getting a different picture of him. What happens next in this twist of tales forms the remaining part of this intriguing story.
