Sonakshi Sinha is an Indian actress and daughter of actors Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. She worked as a costume designer in several films before making her debut in Bollywood as an actress opposite Salman Khan with the 2010 film Dabangg. Her role in Dabangg won her Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
