Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi is the sequel to Happy Bhag Jayegi, which takes the story forward while the action moves from Pakistan to China where yet again a case of mistaken name identities creates all the confusion. Professor Harpreet Kaur alias Happy (Sonakshi Sinha) lands in Shanghai, China where she is kidnapped by mistake by some people in China. What follows is a series of crazy comedy of errors where the 'Happy' gang, which includes Bagga, Guddu, Happy and Usmaan Miyaan who run helter-skelter, while Happy is caught in the crosshairs.
