Khandaani Shafakhana is a comedy-drama which revolves around Baby Bedi (Sonakshi Sinha) who loves her family and can do anything to savor it. She inherits a sex clinic from her late maternal uncle which she needs to run it for six months before disposing of it. She takes over the responsibility of the clinic despite being a woman and doesn't feel shy of asking embarrassing questions to patients who are mostly men who don't open up easily discussing their health problems. How Baby Bedi manages the clinic and her patients lead to many hilarious situations that make the proceedings a laugh riot.
