Love 86 is a romantic drama that revolves around Laxmidevi (Tanuja) and her family. Laxmidevi is the matriarchal of her house and rules in her palatial house. She has only one wish, which is to marry off her daughters - Leena (Farha Naaz) and Esha (Neelam Kothari) to rich brothers, so that the sisters could be together forever. However, things take a turn, when the sisters fall in love with two best friends - Omi (Rohan Kapoor) and Vicky (Govinda), who are petty thieves and were orphaned at a young age. The two friends come from poor backgrounds. Now, the question remains, will Laxmidevi let her daughters marry these carefree and aimless men?
