Loot is an action-comedy drama. The movie revolves around four criminals – Builder (Sunil Shetty), Pandit (Govinda), Akbar (Javed Jaffrey) and Wilson (Mahakshay Chakraborty), who work for the gangster Batliwala (Dalip Tahil). Their boss sends them to Pattaya to carry out the loot in a house that is full of valuable things. However, things take a turn when they realize that the house belongs to a dreaded gangster Lalla Bhatti (Mahesh Manjrekar).
