Chal Chala Chal is a comedy-drama that revolves around a simple man named Deepak (Govinda). Deepak’s father gets a bus as compensation for his provident fund and pension. He advises his son to run the bus. Deepak spends a huge amount on the repairs and appoints a driver and a conductor. His workers are troublesome but Deepak is helpless as they come under the cushion of the Union leader. He even is troubled by his brother-in-law, who wishes to extort money from him. Corruption follows him everywhere and makes his life miserable. Even after this muddle and series of unpleasant events Deepak does not lose hope.
