Khullam Khulla Pyaar Karen is a romantic comedy drama. The movie opens with Damani (Prem Chopra) and Govardhan (Kader Khan), bitter enemies, who decide to finally end their rivalry by getting their children married. Govardhan sends his son Vicky (Mohnish Behl) to meet Priti (Preity Zinta), Damani’s daughter. On his way, Vicky meets Raja (Govinda) and offers him a lift in his car. The two meet in an accident and the car falls in the river. The locals manage to save Raja but Vicky dies. Raja, who knows about Vicky’s purpose, decides to disguise himself as him and go meet Priti. Priti and Raja fall in love with each other. However, what happens when everyone comes to learn about Raja’s truth forms the climax of the story.
