Ek Aur Ek Gyarah is a romantic action-comedy drama that revolves around two notorious brothers – Sitara (Sanjay Dutt) and Tara (Govinda), who are small-towncon-men. They take shelter in Major Ram Singh’s (Jackie Shroff) house. Major Ram arrested a deadly criminal Cobra’s (Ashish Vidyarthi) brother, Panther (Gulshan Grover). Things take a turn when Cobra kidnaps Sitara and Tara’s mother (Himani Shivpuri), and forces them to deceive Ram Singh and help him release his brother Panther. Will the two brothers deceive the man who provided them shelter to save their mother?
