Chillar Party is a family comedy-drama. The movie revolves around a group of eight innocent kids who live in Chandan Nagar colony. The kids befriend an orphan named Fatka (Irfan Khan) who is employed to wash cars in the society. They soon become close to Fatka’s dog too. However, the happiness was short-lived, as a reckless politician, Minister Bhide (Shashank Shende), announces that all the stray dogs in the residential areas would be caught and terminated. However, the children don’t lose hope and leave no stone unturned to save their friend.
