Dushman Devta is an action drama. The movie follows the story of an escaped convict named Shiva (Dharmendra), who finds his way to a village that is prone to wild animals and bandits. No one can free the village from bandits, except Dinanath (Shreeram Lagoo), but he gets arrested and put behind bars. Later, Dinanath befriends Shiva, thinking he may help him and other villagers from the bandits. Does Shiva too have the same intentions, or wishes to fulfill his own agenda?
