Footpath is a romantic crime drama. The movie revolves around three neighbours in the gangster-prone area of Mumbai – Arjun Singh (Aftab Shivdasani), Raghu (Emraan Hashmi) and Shekhar (Rahul Dev). Arjun’s father was a union leader, who gets killed. He is helped by Raghu and Shekhar to find the killers and avenge his father’s death, by killing them. When Arjun becomes the prime suspect of the murder of his father’s killers, Raghu and Shekhar help him to escape to Delhi, and start a new life as a Real Estate Agent and changes his name to Mohan Kumar. Years later, Arjun returns to Mumbai and reunites with Raghu and Shekhar. Arjun, who is a changed person now, tries to make Raghu and Shekhar leave the life of a criminal and lead life with honesty and peace. Will Arjun succeed and help his friends change their ways, or turn them against him?
