Hisss is an adventure horror film. The movie revolves around an American man named George States (Jeff Doucette), who is suffering from brain cancer and has little time to survive. However, he decides to obtain ‘Nagmani’ – the immortal blood from Nagin (a female shape-shifting cobra). He decides to capture Naag (male cobra), so Nagin will come to free her mate. Things go according to George’s plan, but little does he know that deadly consequences await him because of his actions.
