Jagga Jasoos is a musical romantic drama. The movie revolves around Jagga Bagchi (Ranbir Kapoor) who lives with his adoptive father who enrolls him in a boarding school and mysteriously disappears. Jagga feels abandoned as his father was the only family he had. When Jagga grows up, he goes in search of his father and takes the help of Shruti Sengupta (Katrina Kaif), an accident-prone journalist who has her own criminal cases to solve. Later, he finds himself entangled in a worldwide smuggling racket.
