Ranbir Kapoor is one of the leading actors in Indian cinema and the recipient of several awards. Ranbir is the son of actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. He belongs to the fourth generation of the Kapoor family, one of the most prestigious families which are considered to be the first family of Bollywood. He made his screen debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2007 film Saawariya which was a commercial failure. It was followed by several flops until he signed Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar (2011). Later he was seen in blockbusters like Barfi (2012), Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013), Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016), Sanju (2018), and Shamshera (2022).
