Tamasha is a romantic musical drama that revolves around Ved (Ranbir Kapoor) and Tara (Deepika Padukone) who meet while holidaying in Corsica and decide to keep their real identities undisclosed. They spend a lot of time together and secretly fall in love with each other. Four years later, after returning to Delhi, Tara meets Dev and learns he has changed a lot since their last meeting. Dev is a product manager and has a monotonous life. This confuses Tara and makes her rethink her feelings for Dev.
