Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year is a comedy-drama that revolves around Harpreet Singh Bedi (Ranbir Kapoor). Harpreet is a salesman in a big corporate computer assembly and service company, AYS. Harpreet is an honest salesman but his honesty is of no use in the corrupt company culture. However, he believes that company success depends on customer satisfaction, so Harpreet forms his own company, Rocket Sales Corporation. Rocket Sales Corporation is formed from within the AYS and its dissatisfied clients are targeted, the sales of Rocket Sales Corporation are managed from within the AYS office, where the partners of Rocket are employed. Will Harpreet be able to run the parallel company without being caught, or will it make him lose his job?
