Jannat: In Search of Heaven is a romantic-thriller drama. It revolves around Arjun (Emraan Hashmi), a man with an obsession to make quick money. He falls in love with Zoya (Sonal Chauhan). With the sixth sense for the game, he becomes a cricket bookie and strikes gold. He impresses Zoya with his wealth, who is unaware of Arjun’s business. Zoya is warned by Arjun’s father as Arjun was a habitual liar, but this offends Arjun who believes his father’s failure in life for his resentment towards him. Arjun then moves to South Africa and meets Abu Ibrahim (Javed Sheikh), an underworld don. Arjun becomes his key match-fixer and enjoys his fast life with money rolling in. Little he knows that this might make him lose control of his life and love.
