Jhankaar Beats is a musical comedy drama. The movie revolves around Deep (Sanjay Suri) and Rishi (Rahul Bose), who are best friends and colleagues at an advertising agency for the condom manufacturers. The two friends are dedicated musicians and play at a club sometimes. They meet Neel (Shayan Munshi), son of their boss, who is a guitarist, and soon grow fond of him. The three decide to form a band and participate in an upcomingband competition: Jhankaar Beats. Meanwhile, Rishi gets an offer to work outside the country, which he is tempted to accept, but would have to ditch his friends and band. Will Rishi choose his career over friends and break the music band before it was even formed?
