Jhootha hi Sahi is a romantic comedy-drama that revolves around a common man, Siddharth ‘Sid’ Arya (John Abraham), who owns a bookstore in London. Sid starts getting calls from suicidal people and learns that his phone number was mistakenly printed on the fliers of the suicidal helpline. He then offers to volunteer for the same and gets a call from a beautiful suicidal woman, Mishka (Pakhi Tyrewala), who was dumped by her husband. Things take a turn when the two fall in love with each other and to make it more complicated Sid lies about his identity to keep it hidden.
