Jo Tera Hai Woh Mera Hai is the story of a selfish and ambitious man named Mitesh Meghani (Amit Sial), who is looking to buy a house for himself at a throwaway price. One day Mitesh comes across an old man named Govind (Paresh Rawal) who stays alone with his helper.
