Nitesh Pandey was a television, theatre and Bollywood film actor who began his acting career by appearing in TV serials like Saaya, Manzilein Apni Apni, Justujoo, C.I.D., etc. He made his Bollywood debut with a small role in Vinod Pande’s Sins in 2005 but got his big break in films such as Khosla Ka Ghosla, Om Shanti Om, Dabangg 2, Madaari, Rangoon and Badhaai Do, etc. He is remembered for playing the role of Dheeraj in the popular TV show Anupamaa. He was married to actress Arpita Pandey while his ex-wife was actress Ashwini Kalsekar. He died of a cardiac arrest in Igatpuri, Maharashtra on 24 May 2023.
