John Jani Janardhan is an action-comedy drama. The movie revolves around an honest police officer, Inspector John (Rajinikanth), who gets killed by the gang of goons while on a mission. Later, his wife gives birth to twin boys, who get separated at birth and grow up in different communities, and are named Jani (also Rajinikanth) and Janardhan (triple role Rajinikanth). Situations turn the two boys against each other, as they are part of rivalry gangs. However, when the two learn the truth, they decide to join hands to avenge their father’s death. Will the two brothers finally succeed in bringing justice to their father?
