JugJugg Jeeyo is a romantic family comedy-drama that revolves around Kuku Saini (Varun Dhawan) who is married to Naina Sharma (Kiara Advani) and lives in Canada. Kuku who loved Naina ever since they both were in school but five years into the marriage and things begin to fall apart. Differences between the two leads to them parting ways, but the biggest challenge lies in how are they going to break the news to their families back in India. Kuku and Naina hold back their decision as the former's family is all geared up for their younger daughter Ginni’s (Prajakta Koli) wedding. All hell breaks loose when Kuku comes to know that his sister Ginni is not interested in the marriage whereas his father Bheem Saini (Anil Kapoor) is seeking a separation from his wife Geeta Saini (Neetu Kapoor). What does Kuku do, how does he react to the situation, and will sensibility prevail finally in this dysfunctional family?
