Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna is a musical romantic drama. The movie revolves around two strangers Dev Saran (Shah Rukh Khan) and Maya Talwar (Rani Mukherjee). Dev is married to Rhea (Preity Zinta), a fashion designer, who feels inferior to his wife because of her successful career. On the other hand, Maya is married to Rishi (Abhishek Bachchan) and struggles with her infertility. Dev and Maya are both unhappy with their marriages, when they meet, they instantly become friends. The two decide to help each other with their failing marriages, however, destiny may have a different plan for the two.
