Khel Khel Mein is an adaptation of an Italian dramedy, Perfetti Sconoscuiti, by Paulo Genovese. The story revolves around seven
people, including a middle-aged plastic surgeon, Dr. Rishabh Malik (Akshay Kumar), who is married to Vartika (Vaani Kapoor)
and has given their marriage three months to work, or they seek divorce. The other couple is Harpreet (Taapsee Pannu), the
beleaguered wife of a man also named Harpreet (Ammy Virk), whose mother wants a grandchild from them but conceals a vital
