Vaani Kapoor is an Indian actress and a model who made her debut as a Bollywood actress in 2013 opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Yash Raj Films’ romantic comedy Shudh Desi Romance. It earned her Filmfare Award – Best Actress Debut. This was followed by her Tamil movie Aaha Kalyanam in 2014 which was a remake of Band Baaja Baaraat. Other films in which she featured were Befikre (2016), War (2019), Bell Bottom (2021), and Shamshera (2022).
