Mister Mummy is a comedy drama about a young married couple that revolves around Amol (Riteish Deshmukh), a cranky PT teacher and his wife Gugloo (Genelia D’Souza) who have opposing choices when it comes to children. Amol is opposed to having kids and is not ready for it while Gugloo feels its time to start a family. But destiny has something else planned for the couple when it is revealed that Amol is pregnant even after being a man while Gugloo too is pregnant. The doctor says it’s a medical miracle but Amol despite not liking children at all has to bear the burden of a child and keeps running here and there with his baby bump facing weird reactions from people. What happens next, will Amol deliver his baby and become a father or mother or will he be known as Mister Mummy?
