Mithya is a comedy-drama that revolves around VK (Ranvir Shourie), who works as an extra in the film industry and looks identical to the underworld don, Raje Bhai. The people from the opposite gang kill Raje Bhai and replace them with VK, who acts as their puppet. Things go extremely wrong for them when VK meets with an accident and experiences dementia. He starts believing Raje Bhai’s family and enemies as his own and acts accordingly. Will the opposite gang reveal the truth and ruin their own plan?
