Murder 2 is a thriller suspense drama. The movie revolves around Arjun Bhagwat (Emraan Hashmi), an ex-police officer, who is hired by a gangster and a pimp, Sameer (Shekhar Shukla), who wants him to investigate the disappearance of one of his prostitutes. Another prostitute Reshma (Sulagna Panigrahi) becomes the next target of the abductor (Prashant Narayanan), who tortures and kills women. Reshma somehow escapes the abductor but is still in danger. Arjun decides to trace down Reshma to save her.
