Nanu Ki Jaanu is a horror-comedy story which revolves around a Delhi land mafia agent Nanu (Abhay Deol) who tries ways to deal with the ups and down in his business while another problem gets added on to his life with the arrival of a ghost in his apartment. The ghost happens to be a girl who has a past which keeps haunting Nanu as he is the only means of communication. How Nanu deals with this situation and overcomes it by helping the lady ghost is what the climax is all about.
