Isha (Kirti Reddy) is a young girl studying in Scotland whose study expenses are borne by her father's boss Yash Sabarwal (Sunil Shetty) who is smitten by Isha's innocence and charm. To keep an eye on her Yash sends Gaurav (Arjun Rampal) to Scotland as undercover. Isha meets Taj Bharadwaj (Aftab Shivdasani) who has been chosen as an alliance for the former but as fate would have it Isha falls for Gaurav and later realizes Yash and Taj too are in awe of her. Isha is at a crossroad where she has to choose one out of the three.
